1. Products

Our perfumes are described with the greatest accuracy. Images are for illustration purposes only and may slightly differ from actual products.

2. Pricing

Prices are in EUR or GBP, inclusive of VAT. NoviBoost reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied to the order is that in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

Payments are secured and accepted via credit card, PayPal, or other authorized gateways.

5. Shipping

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. Products must be unopened and in original condition.
